This is a brand new Website all about the little village of Carvoeiro in the Algarve, Portugal.
Helping you have a fantastic holiday, This will show you all the best places to eat, drink, the places to enjoy and the places to just relax. Unlike the rest of the Algarvian Coast, Carvoeiro is still a Traditional small fishing village surviving on whatever the Sea will produce. Not surprisingly, the little village has become an incredibly popular holiday Destination attracting tourists from all over the World to appreciate the laid back atmosphere of the Portuguese life.

The centre is a very open space with a large pedestrian square. It has many restaurants, cafes and ample seating areas with live entertainment on various different evenings. Carvoeiro itself has not changed much over the years

and is just a perfect little Portuguese Village.

Carvoeiro has a one way traffic system which makes walking a much more enjoyable experience. There is limited parking so the Portuguese council have provided a large car park at the top of the village with a free of charge bus that runs from the car park to the main square and back every 15 minutes.

The village is home to a stunning golden sandy beach which hosts water activities such as; Peddle boats, Jet-skis and a banana boat! You can hire sun loungers and parasols from the "Beach Hut" but this is a first come first serve basis. Additionally there are boat trips that take you inside all the crooks and crannies of the Algarvian Coastline which run from the beach daily. Alternativly you have a greater choice of boat trips that envolve deep Sea fishing, Snorkelling and glass bottom boats to name but a few in Portimao just 15 minutes from Carvoeiro.

If that is not your cup of tea, the Algarve is very popular with golfers. It has some fabulous golf courses, some so special they have won numerous awards around the World.
